LED Sonar Turret

 

As a junior electrical engineer, we created a project to demonstrate our skills learned that year.  My team and I extended our class project laser tag system with an Sonar operated turret.  The servo powered turret would scan around the room in a circle.  The sonar sensor would log the last recorded range estimates.  If a difference was detected, the laser tag transmitter would emit from a modified flashlight to tag the intruder.  All of the control systems are managed by an Arduino UNO.  I got an "A" for this project.
